We want you to love your scrubs! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition received.

• Scrubs must be free of perfume, cologne, deodorant, odors, stains, pet hair, or smoke.

• Items must have no tears, damage, or signs of wear.

• All original tags must be attached.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after 7 days

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration

• Final sale or clearance items

Return Process

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements.
